“Marymount has helped me to realize my potential and stop doubting myself. Taking risks can be scary; but they are so worthwhile and pay off.”

A Fit & Active Lifestyle

Starting in Middle School, Marymount London’s physical education programs and athletic teams teach and encourage girls to embrace a fit and active lifestyle.

Sports and Physical Education are integral components of a well-rounded Marymount London education. Our students learn the importance of commitment, perseverance, teamwork, and respect while enjoying a wide range of opportunities for friendly competition. We are committed to helping each student establish life-long, healthy habits which focus on a commitment to exercise/fitness, nutrition, body image and self-reflective practices.

The Marymount London community, known as the “Aces”, competes in weekly Middle School and High School fixtures within the London Schools Sports Association. The LSSA is comprised of Marymount, American School London, ACS Egham, ACS Cobham, ACS Hillingdon, TASIS. Additionally, Varsity teams have the opportunity to travel to Madrid, Lisbon, Barcelona, and Aberdeen within the International School Sports Association to compete in end of season competitions.  Each spring, the Middle School competes in the annual RSHM Sports Festival, a friendly three-day tournament against other Marymount schools within the RSHM Global Network. In coordination with the Athletic Director, girls also represent the School in swimming meets and golf tournaments in the local area.
