Introduction
Established in 1955 to meet the educational needs of families in the international business and diplomatic community, Marymount London is part of a worldwide system of schools and colleges directed by the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary, a Roman Catholic Congregation founded in Béziers, France, in 1849.

An independent school for girls aged 11 to 18, Marymount London accepts students both from the UK and other countries, for day and boarding places. With outstanding facilities, we have a seven-acre campus in an exclusive residential area in north-east Surrey (forty minutes by car from Gatwick and Heathrow airports). The school enjoys easy rail and road access to central London.
Marymount London is a member of the Girls’ Schools Association, the Boarding Schools Association and the Independent Schools Council. It is accredited by the Middle States Association of Schools & Colleges (USA) and the Council of International Schools and inspected in the UK by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) and Ofsted.
