RSVPs open Friday, 21 March 2025
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Graduation is fast approaching, and we are pleased to open the RSVP process for the key events via SchoolsBuddy. Please find the details below:
1. Alumnae Induction/Parent-Daughter Luncheon
The Alumnae Induction will begin at 11:50am with a procession into the chapel. The parent attending should arrive at the school to sign in no later than for 11.30am. Parent-Daughter Luncheon is scheduled for Friday, 23 May 2025, at 12.15 PM. Please register only one person per student for this event. Each student is already registered, so we kindly request only the name of the parent who will be attending.
2. Graduation Mass and Reception The Graduation Mass, followed by a reception on the lawns, will take place on Friday, 23 May 2025 from 3pm to 5.30pm. (Mass from 3.00pm-4.00pm) Parents and guests should arrive for 2.30 pm. We ask that you confirm your attendance (excluding your daughter, who will already be present) and indicate any guests you will be bringing via the provided RSVP form.
3. Graduation Ceremony
The Graduation Ceremony will take place on Saturday, 24 May 2025, at 12.30 PM. Please confirm all guests in attendance excluding the graduate. Students should arrive at school no later than 11:15am.
4. Graduation Ball
The Graduation Ball will be held on the same day, Saturday, 24 May 2025 from 6.30pm (for a 7.00pm start) till midnight. Taxis must be booked for students to leave promptly at 12:00pm. The cost is £185 per person. Graduands must be included in the guest list, along with all other attendees. Further details regarding the menu will be shared once RSVPs are confirmed.
The deadline for submitting RSVPs is Friday, 2 May 2025.
